Igenity Order Form for Beef

 

GENETIC TESTING:
Please use the Igenity forms when testing for Chondrodysplasia, Coat Color (red and dun), Genotype (Markers), and Parentage Verification. You may use hair for these tests.  You should tape the completed label (provided on the instructions page) to the sample envelope. The sample and completed form should be mailed to PDCA, with a check for $35 per test made out to PDCA.
*****If you are submitting an animal for the PDCA Certified Program, you will need to submit the animal for both Chondrodysplasia and Genotype (Markers) testing using this form.*****
