Camping at PDCA AGM

Hello

 

Edlyn and I are looking to camp at Double J Campground while visiting the PDCA Annual Meeting 2011- it would be kinda neat to have a PDCA area - Let them know when you make your reservation.

Rotational Grazing

Rotationally grazing Dexter cattle is easy, and profitable. There is an investment in fencing and personally having to be retrained to how much forage is actually out there in that field. I will later post a website where a video is showing the difference between grazing down to 2" and grazing down to 4". By leaving 4" the grass is ready to regrow in one day; but the 2" plant lost energy and root mass and won't start regrowing for a week.

See you found the site I was telling you and Edlyn about.!! Another note, got an email from the farmer that lost the heifers we delivered, he found one, the other is within hearing distance. Only took about 1 month for them to show up, those little hide 'n seekers!
